OVGS Thoughts... "OVGS is wonderful camaraderie, with great friends, excellent food, fun golf and always beautifully organised. We are all indebted to Andrew for this fantastic annual gift of a few days sheer enjoyment for the group, facilitated by his gift of considerable organisation time on our behalf... Long live OVGS!"

Memorable moment... "The famous trolley incident by the 14th lake at Le Tronchet. Had my phone, wallet and gambling funds of over €500 in my golf bag. We turned round after putting out to see the trolley rolling back towards the deep lake. Chappers and I were in hot pursuit but neither were going to catch it. Then a Frenchman ran across and rescued it with inches to go. To say I was relieved is an understatement and will never say a bad word about the French again!"
