OVGS Thoughts... "It's the first date that goes in my diary and everything else has to fit around it. I feel privileged to be included in such a fantastic event and over the years the bond between all the guys on tour grows. For me we are just one big happy family and it's a date I've never missed and never intend to."

Memorable moment... "La Freslonnière 2004 and Will's approach shot to the green ended up in the bunker. He needed to get down in 4 shots for the title. In a shock to his adoring fans, he expertly thinned his shot over the clubhouse, reloaded and ended up in a tie for the lead with me and that bloke that used to always win but doesn't come anymore. So, a play off was required to find the winner. Alas it wasn't Will or me ,just that bloke!! (we do still miss you Simon, I think)."
