Dave joined this year and set about losing things at a pace previously thought impossible outside of airport baggage handling. Headcovers, attire, clubs and occasionally his playing partners. And yet, in a plot twist nobody saw coming, he turned up to collect the Veterans Trophy in his very first season — somehow finding the prize even though he couldn't find his putter cover five minutes earlier. The committee can confirm the trophy is, for now, still in his possession. Don't hold your breath.
